School leaders carry the weight of their communities every day. Between managing staff, supporting students, and navigating crises, it can feel impossible to pause for your own growth and wellbeing. This fall, I’m creating something just for you — a complimentary leadership retreat day designed to help leaders recharge, connect, and imagine new possibilities for equity and belonging in their schools.
Why A Leadership Retreat Matters

A Glimpse of What’s Coming
This November, I’m hosting Leading for Belonging: A Wellness & Leadership Retreat — a unique space for principals, assistant principals, instructional leaders, teacher leaders, and coaches to invest in themselves.
Here’s a preview of the kinds of offerings you can expect:
• Retreat: Restorative yoga to recenter and recharge.
• Create: An art-based workshop for reflection, renewal, and expression.
• Develop:
- Supporting your marginalized students — students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and all students who need schools to step up for them.
- Supporting your new teachers with structures that help them thrive, not just survive.
Alongside these sessions, there will be time for thought partnership around inclusive leadership and peer connection with colleagues who are equally committed to inclusive leadership and collective wellness.

The current climate makes it harder, not easier, to lead with equity. Leaders are being asked to navigate more — with fewer resources and greater political scrutiny.
