Leaders will understand how to navigate challenges and resistance to change, communicate a compelling vision for the future, and empower others to embrace new ideas and practices.

Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving: Training in conflict resolution techniques and problem-solving strategies to address conflicts and challenges that may arise within the school community. Leaders will become skilled in facilitating difficult conversations and reaching consensus among stakeholders.
